If you are a realtor, and you are representing a house in Oak Shadows, please use the following form to request the documentation you need for the closing.

Please note the following:
  1. Every house in Oak Shadows is privately owned and are all classified as townhomes.  
  2. NO RENTALS.  A townhome cannot be sold as a rental property (includes immediate family unless owner resides there full time, sub-leases, AirBnB, and Home Exchanges).
  3. The owner on the deed must occupy the townhome full time.  
Condo insurance is not accepted for any house in Oak Shadows.  Every homeowner must purchase ‘current, full replacement value ‘interior, exterior’ insurance,  with no exclusions.
